The student I saw was great. She was really thorough, patient and explained everything to me. I really appreciated her approach and it was the best dental experience I’ve ever had!

Computers down, chaos and i had been forced at my last appointment (dental hygienist) to pay £50.00 before i was allowed to make this one. I have just been asked to pay the full amount, £69.00!!!!

The dentist I saw was lovely and friendly. I was, However, a bit surprised at the cost quoted for tooth extraction as I was told it would be around £200 by the last dentist I saw and it may well be double this now!

- Very good dental care - Unfriendly administrative processes, in particular the lengthy online questionnaire required at each visit and effective refusal to accept payment in cash (it's allowed in theory but only if exact amount is given, which is impractical since this cannot be known in advance). Please note the comment on admin is not to criticise desk staff, who were always effective and polite, but your processes which are time-consuming and financially restrictive on patients.

You send a reminder and say you will send a medical form for completion . For the last 5 or 6 appointments you have not sent the medical form link, and I have given up chasing you for it.
