Only downside was trying to telephone to rearrange appointments! Both times it took me 20 minutes to get to speak to anyone! Do not use internet/ e Mail

Thank you for your review, Our phone lines do unfortunately get extremely busy at certain times of the day. We do monitor our emails daily and usual response time is under 24 hours.

The dentist gave plenty of time to get the bite correct whilst fitting a new crown, despite the fact that another patient was waiting to be seen

Continued excellence of care as always by all staff and skilled dentist who is so lovely Never had any concerns or issues with the practices policy before. On this occasion I had a cap fitted just under a year ago and it’s fallen off twice which has been replaced under your one year guarantee . I have had several caps in the past on other teeth which have never failed I think the one year guarantee should start from the last replacement date otherwise it’s going to be an ongoing cost which is very expensive for something that has failed or to have an expensive alternative solution. I have looked after the cap as I look after all my teeth I am worried it’s going to continue to fall off . The dentist has done everything possible to make it be successful but I feel something has possibly changed in comparison to my previously fixed caps which have lasted a long time . I hope you don’t mind me raising this concern as your practice has always been excellent.

Receptionist very helpful in getting a much needed appointment that day . Dentist and dental nurse did a great job reg difficult job of fixing tooth . Professional and lovely .
