The Dentist was excellent. Extremely thorough check of everything and treatment given. Also was a follow up appointment for next week, to check how things were progressing. Can’t fault my visit

I think the procedure went ok . A wisdom extraction. Not much fun but it was carried out with no complications. The dental student managed quite well and there was a tutor to check the work done. Nice friendly practice

My dentist is lovely as always. He listens to any concerns and makes you feel at ease. Receptionist and dental nurses are friendly and approachable.

Our Dental surgeon was very efficient in what he did Also a very friendly guy who puts you at your ease. Just one thing. We had to wait a while past our appointment time

Accessibility to the practice is difficult. I have multiple sclerosis so I have a blue badge for parking. I got a lift to Taptonville for my appointment. It was impossible to get to the disabled parking due to all the cars parked in the car park.

Thank you for your feedback, as you know we do have a private disabled parking spot which we aim to make available as much as possible however this is not always possible. There are also some disabled parking spaces over the road that are usually available. Kind Regards Taptonville House Dental

There had been a cancellation and so I got an appointment the same day; less than 20 mins wait on arrival; friendly, personable staff (especially dentist and dental nurse/assistant); staff wearing masks
