I really enjoy all aspects of attending the practice. I rarely have to wait past my appointment time and the practitioners are excellent. Outside of that experience, I exclusively travel to the practice by bike and the stand you have is useless as it is virtually impossible to use. Also I think it is ridiculous how many cars you have parked outside the practice. You should look into the Cycle to Work scheme, ask employees to park elsewhere/consider using the very frequent public transport system to Broomhill. There was a car parked about 18 inches from the door today.

My appt was just for a routine check up and I needed no treatment. Pleasant chat with my dentist and I left. Returning to see the hygienist in a week.

The great quality if care from the dentist. The dentist showed great empathy patience and understanding during my check up when i was nervous. Also really friendly admin staff who were really nice and welcoming.

I arrived early, updated some of my personal information and was sent to the waiting room. I was seen immediately by my usual dentist, who was polite as always and knows my dental history. I rebooked for a checkup at reception and was done. Efficient, polite and professional attitude all staff I encountered.

The knowledge of the dental staff was fantastic, very helpful and caring team. Great recommendations and very comfortable visit (I used to be a bit worried about the dentist however, the team here make you really feel at ease). Would recommend to others.

Great dentist. Shame about the poor bicycle-locking attachment outside the building. All institutions should have these now, as a matter of course.

Friendly welcome by reception staff always smiling. Dentist was also had a friendly smile and accommodating kind and gentle. Assistant quick and competent and friendly.
