They allá treated me very well and we're very kind, ut when they pulled My tooth out, it hurt a Lot, as if the anesthetic still had no effect on that área. I had has teeth removed before and it had nevera hurt like this. It hurt a Lot and the dentista don't stop, it went on and on, I didn't understand why she didn't give me more anesthesia or stop the extraction.

Excellent throughout visited via the nhs 111 emergency service Needed an extraction this is the second time I’ve visited this practice and both times have been efficient helpful and friendly. Highly recommended

Fantastic to be able to get an emergency appointment on a Sunday. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful and the dentist had a nice calm reassuring manner

Welcoming friendly efficient environment. Excellent treatment, my only complaint relates to the size of the X-ray plate. It was so big it left sores on the roof and bottom of my mouth . Get a range of sizes, otherwise brilliant

My son came hoping his tooth would be extracted and all his pain and misery would go.The dentist he saw was unable to remove the tooth and referred him to charles clifford how long he will be waiting is anyones guess.He can only eat soft food and cant control the saliva in his mouth.He as mental health problems which as made it a whole lot worse.May i add that the male receptionist was really helpful and lovely

As soon I entered the building I was made comfortable and I completed my details which sadly was vast in conditions but they were very helpful. The dentist was awesome. I wish she was my actual dentist. Explained everything well and was patient and knowledgable . A tooth was extracted and I was so relieved as it was extremely painful. I couldn’t praise my visit enough. I was even given glucose as I’m diabetic and hadn’t had time for a proper breakfast.

Pleasant reception staff, put me at ease, good tech ie the IT notepad, good open plan reception area .The Dentist was very professional, to the point and I felt in good hands. The Dental "Assistant" was continually busy, and professional.

I was very nervous and had a panic reaction to the adrenaline but they were so kind and tried their best to calm me down. They were very friendly even whilst I was scared.
