    Very busy but well organised and I cant thank you enough for sorting me out. Bad enough being 200 miles from home but you all did brill. Dentist certainly knew his stuff. Thanks again.

    Very professional : knowledgeable , very helpful and caring. Every single staff was doing their best to help individual patients at the same time giving the right attention and right time needed to each case . In a way, I believe the staff love their jobs and taking care of others and hence are doing their best to respond to the different needs on a Sunday emergency service. I am grateful to have been accepted for that appointment and even if I waited , I put my waiting time in good use : being without my mobile to flick or a book to read, I took this golden opportunity to meditate and do my prayers in silence and I felt really good . A big thank you to all staff and NHS .

    Everyone was so friendly and helpful, very efficient admin service. The dentist was exceptional, kind and considerate, and very good at his profession. Would recommend this practice to anyone.

    Kind, friendly reception staff. Dentist was also kind and friendly and I felt listened to me and understood the importance of prompt treatment, for a person with diabetes and a dental infection. Care given was most definitely the right one! My own dental surgery could have offered the same care, a day earlier, but allowing a receptionist to make that decision was not helpful and caused me added, unnecessary suffering.

    The person who was examining my teeth seemed to be rushing and she came across so rude like she didn’t want to be there I left without a treatment as I felt like I couldn’t trust her I’m even more scared of going to the dentist more now

    Staff were polite and helpful. However had to wait 50 minutes for my appointment. Wasn’t the biggest deal though as it was an emergency appointment so grateful they accepted.
