I had an emergency NHS 111 appointment. The staff from entering the practice were welcoming, and made me feel comfortable.

Very friendly & helpful, i was nervous and abit shaky but dentist explained everything clearly and helped me stay calm ?

All the staff were so helpful and kind when I visited on Wednesday! I am very scared of visiting the dentist but had to have an emergency appointment. The dentist was so patient with me and talked through everything. I ended up having to have a tooth pulled and it was no near as scary as I thought it would be! Only downside I would say is I’m sure I needed antibiotics and the dentist said so as well but I didn’t receive any. This could just be a case of miscommunication though.

What and beautiful experience receptionist was amazing also the surgeon who extracted my tooth he was very professional definitely recommend

The caring compassionate attitude of all staff was second to none Made my elderly mum feel well looked after and less nervous You could teach other dental practices a huge lesson on how it should be done.

Waste of time,come all the way from West Yorkshire, dentist wasn’t helpful at all just eat the medication you will be fine.
