The dentist who attended to me (apologies I didn’t catch her name) was absolutely lovely. Very reassuring and calming and kept me thoroughly informed with everything that was happening. The best dentists I have ever visited all staff were lovely and helpful, but the dentist was just above and beyond so thank you!

All staff and visiting student very friendly, made me feel at ease Everything explained in simple terms. Very fast and efficient service AMAZING thank you , wish we had the same service in Norfolk

I have a lot of anxiety around visiting dentists. As soon as I entered the practice the receptionist was so nice and very politely spoken. The waiting room was calming. The dentist I saw was lovely explained everything made sure I didn’t feel pain and I was comfortable. Thank you ?

Very friendly and professional staff from the reception team to the dentist and dental nurse. I was seen and sorted very quickly with a good solution and great aftercare advice.

The whole experience was very good, from reception signing me in to the actual treatment. The dentist investigated the problem I had and explained what she was going to do. She gave me advice on how to keep on top of the pain. I wish she’d have explained the effect of the anaesthetic as it was the first time I had had one in my mouth and the feeling afterwards was very weird so would have been nice to know beforehand. All in all, I was pleased with the service.

Arrived early as possible pakling issues,knowing the area. The 40 min wait to be seen was disapointing,as was tol.d,they were running behind
