I phoned the practice to inform them that I had tested positive for Covid and could not make my appointment as I am classed as extremely vulnerable and do not want to leave my house they told me I was being struck off as they told me I had to come in.I am sorry but this is disgusting and it was my 1st appointment after being treated like this I am very glad I did not attend as if they treat you like this what do they treat you like when you attend.

Very disappointed that my daughter was taken of the list due to a missed appointment. I called to advise this of because personal health issues she was having and that this was her first time having to deal with going to the dentist since turning 18. And was told that someone would call me back which didn't happen. I then called back the next day advising I had been waiting for someone to call back but was advised that they could not speak to which I understood due to my daughter age but want them to understand her personal issue but was told I was being rude to staff. I believe I was being firm but not rude . My daughter can now not find another dentist which again adding to personal health issues. My daughter had been going to this dentist since she has had teeth to be check. Very sad that they could not be reasonable and understanding.

Registered as an NHS patient just over a year a year ago and last week had my third 6 monthly check up. Personally I can’t fault the service I have received.

I came away on Thursday after visiting the practice for my 6 month checkup. The experience was harrowing. I have seen all. I take my hats off to all staff involved after what appeared to be two patients walking in and being boisterous towards the young reception staff. They were asked to leave and wouldn’t, being verbally abusive. After many attempts a dentist, the owner came out and finally the patients left. The staff handled the situation well. I feel sorry for them. You abuse the NHS, don’t turn up, you lose. I highly recommend this practice, always great reception and best treatment.

I have Been using this dentist for 15+ years but in the last 5 years every experience has been a bad one. Constantly moving or cancelling appointments, which would be fine, but the staff are so rude and have no interest resolving problems or excepting blame for any miscommunication. my teeth are generally fine but the first filling I ever had was done at tavern street and two day later the pain was unbearable but when calling to see if they could see me, they couldn't fit me in for over a month and when I explained I was in agony the reception staff had no interest. I know dentists are in short supply but doesn't mean you can treat people like this. My Advice would be Avoid at all costs.
