Temple Street Practice changed my appointment due to unavailability of the dentist, but followed up in a timely way to reschedule. I received a good quality service with clear communication and feedback.

After being greeted by the knowledgeable and friendly reception staff, I proceeded to undergo a fairly serious dental procedure, which was explained to me very clearly so I knew exactly what was happening, and the dentist took great care to make sure that I was as comfortable as possible throughout.

All the staff I encountered, i.e. dentist, dental nurse, reception, were expert in their roles and friendly. It helped me be less nervous of the dentist and encourages me to look after my health.

My dentist was gentle and kind. He allowed time for anaesthetic to work and explained each step of my treatment. Both he and his nurse gave excellent care and I am grateful.

Methodical examination and more or less on time. Very satisfied. I was able to combine a routine dental exam followed by a visit to the hygenist and then to book my next appointments.
