Dentist very pleasant, thorough and helpful. Her coming down stairs to call patients is a very nice touch. Reception staff polite but offered no guidance on filling a full medical history form most of which was not relevant to my appointment for a routine check up. It would have taken 20 mins to fill in promptly and I was called promptly so had no time to complete it.

The dentist was very pleasant along with the receptionists. However, being pre-charged for treatment which hadn’t taken place, was disappointing. Treatments should be charged after they happen.

How thorough and professional the hygienist was. Jst a bit shocked at the price thankfully I’m still working I’ll have to do some overtime to cover it . All said and done it’s worth it for a healthy mouth, gums and teeth. Not sure what I’m going to do when I cut my hrs at work to go Part Time. Maybe OAP discount? ?

The room was cool, on a hot day. The dentist was really gentle and proffesional. Very helpful and patient. The room was clean as was the whole of the building. An overall good experience. 10/10

Had a visit to the Hygienist today, a very professional experience. I was kept informed at every stage of the treatment and my teeth looked amazingly clean.

Why for existing patients is there a need to complete a FULL medical history every 12 months. This information must be on your files already and should only need to be updated with any new condition/medication. There is a danger that vulnerable people may when going back over the years omit/forget to record a condition.

After a couple of minutes wait in a nice waiting and I was in the chair. Friendly staff, quick checkup and I was on my way. Great service.

Hi there. I would just like to make a comment on our visit to the practice yesterday. My daughter (9) has been told that she is missing several adult teeth. This is something we as a family are trying to understand but have had no indication of what the course of action will be. I would appreciate a telephone conversation to discuss further. What I would like to comment on is that our dentist has made the point several times in our last two appointments about how 'rare' and 'unusual' this is and says it in front of my daughter, who we are trying to protect from feeling worried that she is 'different' and conscious about her teeth as this will have physical and psychological implications. We don't want her to have negative associations with - what what no doubt will be many trips to the orthodontist in the future. I know no hurt was intended at all and our dentist is absolutely lovely. I would just prefer any such comments be made to myself in a private consultation.

The receptionists are pleasant but could show a little more confidence but they are still quite young.My dentist is very thorough and a very warm and caring personality, making one feel at ease.
