Super friendly staff who are really patient. No waiting time to get into my appointment on the day. Super easy to book the next appointment.

The dentist and assistant are really polite and understanding. They appreciate honesty when it comes to people with mental health issues and try and be accommodating to their patients needs.

I would thoroughly recommend this practice and have been with them my entire life, which is 52 years. My husband and both sons also attend this practice, as we attend as a family unit. This practice is also incredibly caring and understanding regarding everything that effects our daily life and not just things that have an effect on our teeth. I would say their actions are always above and beyond, which is thoroughly appreciated. Therefore, I would like to thank everyone for their incredible care of myself and my family, which also includes my mum, my brother and my nieces.

I do not understand why the monthly subscription has continuously increased beyond the rate of inflation when the majority of the work is carried out by a relatively lowly paid employee (described as “Hygienist”). I have repeatedly been kept waiting for my appointment without being kept informed. I am never late and deliberately make an early booking to avoid emergencies. No problem with actual treatment. I do not understand the unbelievable costs when I have needed work to be done when I have been paying my National Insurance for 50+ years. The system is broken.

Was 10 mins late for appointment due to traffic. Arrived and the receptionist said that they have a 10 minute window for lateness and that the dentist wouldn’t accept me. Been with this dentist for years and have appointments twice a year with them and have always been on time yet hey are always running late and the one time I happen to be late yet won’t accept me. The surgery was empty. The receptionist was highly sensitive and was offended because my voice was slightly loud. They take your money and couldn’t care less about their patients. They phone you a number of times to cancel appointments and reschedule. I’ll be looking elsewhere.

Lovely visit, staff were all welcoming, all good thank you. Hygienist and dentist were informative and made me feel at ease

Excellent results on my chipped tooth! I rang on the Monday and had the appointment on the Thursday. The dentist completed the procedure within half an hour. He reassured and explained everything to me and put me at ease as did the dental assistant, who constantly cleaned my face and mouth area as it was quite messy. A fantastic dentist.

Visiting the Dentist is not an experienced we look forward to but on my visit’s to this practice I have always been dealt with in a pleasant and professional manner. The only painful thing being the cost.
