The actual treatment is always very good but cannot understand how a 9.30 appointment can be over 20 mins late ( thus meaning I missed a train / meeting myself)

I had my teeth’s done there but they made a mistake with my payment but the manager said I will have half price for my next cleaning session as an apologies for the inconvenience

Girls at reception are always polite and friendly. I didn’t have to wait too long in waiting area. I saw a different dentist today but he was friendly, professional and explained everything to me so I feel confident in going back for the treatment I need. His assistant was friendly and made me feel comfortable

This never happened as had text 2 days before my appointment was cancelled as the Hygenist could not make that day. So got to wait until early January for another appointment.

Couldn't be a more perfect dentist , all staff helpful , professional & polite , dentist & assistant were brilliant as always . Exactly how you want a dentist to be . Does anyone like going to the dentist , i dread it but do like going there because all so friendly , caring & thoughtful .
