All the staff at Benfleet Dental Centre are very polite and professional, I have been going here for over twenty five years and always had great service from the lady’s on reception, the Dentist and Hygienists.

Very poor service. Receptionist didn’t seem to know what she was doing. Waited half hour only to be told it would be another ten minutes at least. When your self employed that’s a major problem.

Both appointments ran to the correct appointment time. Hygienist was very helpful regarding how best to treat an inflamed gum. Checkup was quick & over within 5 minutes.

Very pleased with the treatment I was seen on time and felt at ease I had three fillings I felt fine afterwards with no after effects. Everyone was very helpful .

It was a very pleasant experience at Benfleet Dental Centre this morning. As ever the receptionists were charming, welcoming and incredibly helpful and friendly. I can’t fault them. What I can fault, however, is the fact that when I write incredibly positive reviews about them these are not passed on to the ladies concerned. This seems such a missed opportunity. reviews are a way of motivating and thanking staff so failure to share positive reviews with them is an indication of poor leadership. Hollie, The hygienist with whom I had an appointment was incredibly professional, thorough and encouraging and it is good to be told that I am doing well with oral hygiene! I have asked that I have the same hygienist next time as she is superb.
