I was thankful to get a same day emergency appointment for some tooth pain I have had for a few weeks. I was seen in good timing and no delays. I suffer with anxiety and the dentist concerned had a perfect manor and understanding of my situation. So pleased I was able to be seen and prescribed some antibiotics.

Attended a checkup with my 3 year old son, all of the staff were friendly and put my son at ease. The talk and advice around regular brushing and what not to eat and drink before bed time made an impact on him and his brother who was with me. Thank you!

Very friendly staff, made myself and my young daughters first experience there very easy. My little girl came out asking when she can go back. The staff were so good with her and both of us. Would highly recommend.

Was greeted efficiently at reception However felt I was being told off by the dental assistant when I went in for my appointment, as I had completed the pre assessment prior to arrival, which was an oversight and had already apologised to reception staff. Something along the lines of “arrive earlier next time to give time to complete. Wasn’t advised that my previous dentists had left? And just felt that whilst practitioner was efficient felt that she was quite brusque and to the point. Advising me not to eat fruit between meals only cheese or cucumber??? I didn’t come for a nutrition consultation. Quick to take payment and that’ll be £45 for today! Not my normal experience at Benfleet Dental centre today unfortunately.

I had a good experience on my check up with a new practitioner who explained everything in detail, gave my some good practical advice and made me feel very comfortable as this was the first time in seeing them. Happy to see them again.
