Everyone from reception to hygienist to dentist were warm and welcoming. Everything on time and really explanations throughout. Best dentist visit ever

As usual fantastic staff who were helpful, personable and explained everything clearly. Minor niggle with the pre visit questionnaire. Very happy I have joined this dentists.

The staff are lovely at this practice, the dentist that I saw tries her best to keep me calm as I am a very nervous patient. Even though this time it was only an impression I was very scared. However they were still very professional.

As usual, Mev put me at ease within minutes of enterig the surgery. She is aware how nervous I am, but described exactly what to expect with 3 different options of treatment for a broken tooth, so I was able to decide and am confident with my future appts.

Hygienist was very friendly & helpful. Really made me feel at ease. See a new dentist as previous one has left & he was lovely. Very friendly, helpful & inviting. Definitely recommend Benfleet Dental Centre.

Dentist was lovely, we discussed options, maintaining dental care and she was friendly & helpful. The reception ladies were also helpful arranging future appointments.

I have a lovely dentist. He really puts me at ease and explains everything to me. I always ask for him when I book my next appointment. The ladies on reception are very helpful and welcoming too.

I only waited 2 minutes the dentist was very pleasant she fixed my tooth made sure it was comfortable am pleased with the result the dentist made me feel not so anxious am happy with the treatment

Very happy with the care I received starting from the moment I walked in with the lovely receptionist right up to when I met with the dentist who was wonderful with helping me with the pain I was in and resolving my tooth issue
