All staff went the extra mile to make me feel at ease. Dentist and nurse were excellent and had the skills to back up their manor.

Firstly I would like to say that I was quite nervous about going to the dentist, not sure why, but I was. The dentist's assistant took me into the room where the dentist was, they were both lovely people. Kind smiles on their faces and they listened to what I said. Before the dentist did anything at all, she explained why she was doing it and asked if she could. I suddenly realized I wasn't nervous anymore, the dentist was so nice and caring. Next time I go I don't think I will be at all nervous. It was a good experience, not a bad one.

The hygienist was thorough & said I need a longer appointment next time to get rid of some early signs of gum disease which she would be able to eradicate with more time. Then followed upstairs for my check up which again was thorough. Although I did not understand what he was relaying to the nurse it didn’t sound as though it was anything I need worry about. He asked if I was ok with keeping check on a tooth that has been broken for at least 6 years. If it became a problem to get in touch asap. All went quickly & smoothly and my next appointment for both was made for next march.

As always the receptionists are helpful and the atmosphere is relaxed. The surgeries are clean and tidy and the team professional.
