Tried to cancel a booking and couldn't get through on the phone despite four attempts during my working day. Today I receive a stock letter in the post saying I could be removed from the practice for not showing up. From appointment booking, communication and service (especially the hygiene treatment) all areas have unfortunately deteriorated since the change of ownership of The Dental Team and a significant number of the original team moved on. There is a general lack of interest and individual care. I will be looking for an alternative dental care provider

Find it almost impossible to get through, last time was on the 20th May tried 7 times between 9am and 12am. I finally gave up.Had difficulty before took me a week to get an answer.

Therapist and Nurse both are very kind to my child. The teeth cleaning service is very professional.

I attended the practice to have an extraction and was extremely nervous. I had no need to worry as the dentist was extremely professional and very supportive and empathetic. The whole experience was completely reassuring and I would recommend them

second was 11:40 .when I came in I told⁶ the doctor that I will let the younger first because my husband and my older son are coming from school and they might get a little late .She agreed and let the first one in and when my older came in around 11:44 she said she can't let him in another patient arrived.I told her if we didn't switch would you do an appointment for someone for 4 minutes?.I would not recommend this practice for anyone. The staff are not helpful at all.They should have told me earlier that if he is late for 4 minutes he will not be able to admit him so I didn't have to disturb his studies and take him out of the school.
