Very pleasant receptionists put me at my ease as soon as i walked in which was great especially if you are a nervous patient. The dentist and nurse were also very nice and again put me at ease, they were very efficient and kind.

I have had to change dentists. The dentist was very calm and reassuring . Gave very good advice in going forward with my issues.

New dentist seemed good, no injections for surface tooth filling. She prescribed a prescription for flouride toothpaste but did not tell me that it was a PRIVATE prescription which I had to pay £11.99 for a very small tube! Not acceptable as not sure I really needed it.

My dentist was such a lovely lady; very gentle & explained everything very clearly. My dental nurse was also very pleasant & friendly. Both ladies made a point of ensuring that I was comfortable at all times.

No parking - yet again! Rude reception staff who are far busier talking to each other than engaging with patients standing in front of them! Had to adk 3 times for a receipt, which seemed an effort to provide, and not even a thank you or goodbye despite me saying both!! Plus, being told that whole practice is now going private, and to make & tell them my decision within couple weeks to stay as its been changed since JANUARY is out of order - its June, and this is the first I've heard of it!! No letter, no warning, no nothing - just this is how much its going to cost you now, if you're staying, tell us within a couple of weeks! If you're going private, I strongly suggest you retrain your staff to give a better service, as I for one, wont be paying to be treated like that. Sort your patient parking out and your facilities are not private clinic standard and leave a LOT to be desired! You're supposed to be a dental practice. If you concentrated more on that, than the cosmetic money making side of things, it would be much better. Its a shame to see the practice having gone down this far, after having been a patient for over 40yrs.....

Always experience friendly and helpful staff. Regrettably on this occasion i felt there was a lack of communication, information and transparency from the practice with regards to moving from NHS treatment to a " Denplan" private arrangement.

The lady i saw,was lovely and not my usual dentist. She treated me with respect. However, i did point out another tooth which the enamel was coming off which i would have liked to have been treated but she didnt think it was necessary. I may have to phone up again if my tongue gets caught on it. I have been with your practice a long-time and find no fault otherwise. Many thanks.
