I had a very disappointing experience with this dental practice. The dentists were often late for appointments, and the reception staff was consistently rude. My worst experience was with the owner, who was neither nice nor professional. On one occasion, they expelled a patient who had been a long-time customer. Additionally, during my visits, they only managed to take one x-ray over the course of three appointments. This is the reality I faced. Save yourself the stress and avoid this place. Regards.

We are sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience at our practice. We take all feedback / concerns seriously and are committed to improving our standards. We apologise if the dentist ran late when you attended. It is never our intention to keep our patients waiting but sometimes we run late due to unforeseen circumstances such as the prior patient needing more time than expected. I am sorry you were felt that the reception team and the owner were rude or unprofessional. We do not "expel" patients unnecessarily. If we refuse to see a patient this may be because they have a poor attendance record. There are a number of other reasons but without more information we are unable to comment on the circumstances. We only take radiographs (x-rays) when there is a specific clinical need and therefore you may not need to take an x- ray at every visit. This is to prevent patients having unnecessary exposure to radiation. We are happy to look into your specific circumstances and to discuss the matter. I took my elderly, frail and confused mother for an appointment. I got the date wrong and we were two days early. Seeing how difficult it was for us, the practice moved consenting patients around to accommodate her and she was seen and treated with virtually no delay. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and understanding. I'm sure it was not easy for them to do, but they made it work. Such a rare thing these days. Thank you to everyone at the practice who helped us out.
