Called the surgery on 11/06/24 15:03pm to cancel an appointment left voice message. Not confident, I called to make sure. Receptionist picked up phone with no introduction, very casual, cannot be asked attitude. I confirmed if I had come through to the surgery (as sometimes you can dial the wring number). Went on to state message could not be found but appointment cancelled. My point being find a different job, if you don't like what your doing because the way the person came across was very lazy in their delivery. Whole persona just came across if they cannot be bothered.

I have been using the gables for a few years now. I cannot fault the service at all. Absolutely brilliant. Very good with nervous patients and excellent after care. Reception staff are very helpful and appointments have always been available. Good job all round. Thankyou to the gables for making me feel less nervous. You are all amazing.

Visited as an emergency today. Lovely reception staff and the dentist was brilliant. Would highly recommend and I’m not keen on going to the dentist.

Great service had bad tooth ace went to the cables dentist had tooth extracted pain gone could not be more grateful brilliant service.

I am in the middle of some long overdue treatment. This practice and my Dentist & Nurse are simply wonderful. Gentle and patient, thorough and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you x

I took my mother in for an appt, the receptionist was busy on her phone most of the time. Meanwhile my wife has been trying for 3 days to get through to make an appt.
