Great practice and always been very professional and accommodating but it's just a nightmare getting through on the phone been trying all day keeps it's full and can't answer very frustrating when you need an appt and no other way to contact them will have to go to surgery to see if I can get an appointment apparently this happens a lot by reading other reviews but staff are loverly

Very pleasant experience at the Griffin Dental Practice, very happy with the treatment I received and was made to feel very much at ease. All the staff was lovely. Highly recommend.

I saw a small hole in my tooth. The dentist said she filled the tooth. I paid £73. I recently paid £25 for a filling at another dentist. And here it was £73. They should tell you about the costs before the visit. I will not go there again and I do not recommend it. I waited in the waiting room for a long time, over an hour for an appointment. They do not respect people and are very expensive.

I got one filling - and a few weeks later a penalty notice came. I was fined £100. The dentist painted the underside of the tooth as if with a clear varnish. The visit lasted a few minutes. I do not recommend their expensive visits.

I waited a long time for my appointment. The tooth was chipped, I thought it was decay. The dentist said it was not decay, just mechanical damage. She filled out the paperwork so that the visit cost me over £200. A very expensive visit for information about one tooth.

A visit to the Griffin Dental is a waste of time. I made an appointment, after checking my teeth they wanted an x-ray on a cd, they sent me to the hospital. I came back with a Cd, they scheduled another visit for me in 3 months. At the scheduled visit the same thing again, they need an x-ray of my teeth on a cd ,I've already given them. They look for my the cd, they found it. Terribly disorganized, a mess. Then they sent me for a surgical tooth extraction. Why didn't they say that on our first visit, when I brought an x-ray of my teeth on a cd, but they scheduled me for 3 visits unnecessarily? I think because it's at the expense of Universal Credit, so money for the Griffin Dental for do nothing, don t fix my teeth . I don't recommend it, waste of time, they didn't help with the tooth.

I asked for apointment for emergency treatment due to pain and I am not eating since few days, they replied me you are not registered with us although I am already registered there and the getting treatment there. It is terrible and very bad

I have been a patient / service user at The griffin since the 1980's. I have had many specific surgeons throughout the years. Each one has treated me fairly, scrupulously and with dedication to their profession. The staff are efficient , friendly , and welcoming. The premises have always been hygienic and presentable. Now, the whole interior has been revamped to even more modern standards,being vibrant and attractive. my recent course of treatment has left me pleased , happy and very comfortable with the results. I wish to thank everyone involved there for my experience. This is the reason that I have remained with this practice; outstanding service. I'm not being sycophantic, simply honest.
