    Terrible Dentist - Terrible Customer Service - Terrible Treatment. I left in pain after going in with none, I was also charged for an appointment I did not even have. After this experience I went to see another dentist and I showed him the treatment plan they had done for me. His advice was that this plan would have caused long term issues and further pain.

    Yet again, we're not surprised to see this review, but you've yet again got your facts wrong. It was not a "simple check up" but an emergency appointment. Despite offering you the correct channel to vent your unfounded frustration, you have seen fit to threaten us. We will happily and vigorously defend our stance.

    I had a consultation which cost £45 after the consultation I left the surgery in extreme pain although I had gone in pain free. The only solution they offered was another consultation with another practice for a further £95. I am still in extreme pain and still have no appointment book or one offered until 10 days time which is only a consultation and not a treatment. Very bad service and no compassion to a person in pain.
