My wife and I were transferred to the practice earlier this year and this was my second visit. I was booked for a single treatment identified at the first. That was dealt with really well and a further issue (sensitivity) had cropped up which I mentioned and the dentist dealt that with that immediately. My previous practice would have called me back for that. All work carried out with great care, very thoroughly, communication excellent throughout, everything clearly explained. Hats off !

Recently refurbished entrance and reception area and pleasant greetings from reception contribute to a positive start. With documentation completed pre-appointment it was only a short wait to be called (more or less on time) for the check up. Very pleasant dentist and assistant; a few questions about teeth cleaning habits and quick check up and all done until next appointment in six months' time. Very straightforward.

Following horrendous complications after having an erupted wisdom tooth at Manchester Dental Hospital (just unlucky). Emergency dentist and our own practice were great and got an appointment at short notice. The reception staff are lovely and very professional as are dentist

This was an emergency for me, a lot of pain involved. Very accommodating and fitted me in same day. Extremely courteous, friendly and helpful.

This was my first visit and all the staff, especially my new Dentist were all brilliant. It's such a nice feeling, when you know that you are in safe hands, with people who clearly love their job and treat you, the way they would like to be treated themselves.

I had appointments with both the Dentist and also the Practice Hygenist. Both appointments were on time and both did expert jobs. I was extremely happy with both appointments and I would certainly recommend Freedom Heaton Mersey Ltd. to all concerned. Thank You!
