I always find the dentist I go to very patient and understanding as I am a very nervous patient. The dental nurse also puts me at ease and they are always pleasant and friendly each time I have been for my appointment. Thank you.

I have just registered with a dentist at this practice having recently moved into the area. My experience so far has been very positive. The dentist was kind helpful and very knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly especially my treatment options . I left feeling very positive and can say that my first experience of this dentist was a very good one.

Seen many changes over the 20 years or so I have been a patient here. The latest team are helpful, pleasant and on time with the appointments. There is an upstairs surgery so if you can manage the steps getting in but not a full staircase you will need to request a downstairs surgery for your treatment. I have had both NHS and private treatment here with no problems. In the past before Covid typical waiting time delays could be 45 mins - one benefit from Covid I think.

Broke the caps on two teeth at the weekend. Arranged an appointment on the Monday when the practice opened and received an appointment for the next day, where the problem was sorted.

I’m a longstanding patient and can highly recommend this great dental practice. Efficient, friendly, professional staff who give first class care. My recent visit was for a routine check up which as usual was careful & thorough & included advice on maintaining good oral health. I was easily able to book my next routine check up and also a follow up appointment before then with the dental hygienist as recommended.

I am 88 and dreading the visit. I was 5 mins late as it had taken longer for me to walk in the rain. He was very polite and put me at ease andkept reassuring me continually. I didn’t need much done fortunately but he cleaned and polished them all. The assistant with him was kind an gentle making me calm.

Absolutely amazing service at heaton Mersey yesterday. Constantly reassured throughout my filling procedure. A painless injection. Highly recommended
