The dental nurse - name beginning with T and the woman who conducted my x-ray - P were absolutely amazing. I attended my appointment with a view to having sedation to have a tooth removed. Both women were so knowledge and caring. Happy to answer any questions and going through every little detail with me. I have a extreme phobia of dentist and I can honestly say this has been the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a dentist surgery. I now feel very confident and comfortable that my tooth extraction will be happening here - even down to the praises that both women made around the oral surgeon. Thank you again to T and P - and your next level customer care and service.

This was my second visit to the mount for extractions and again they did not dissapoint they were brilliant. The surgeon had a Brilliant sense of humour and the assistant abbie was great too You can tell that they deal with anxious people all the time i was shaky after it was taken out because if the adrenalin and was told stay there no rush ...wish I could have them as my normal dentist if your a NHS patient there your so lucky No sedation you won't need it here 100% satisfaction

I booked my appointment in July last year for December 2022. Received a call the week before my appointment was due to say that the appointment needed changing due to staffing issues. No problem I understand things come up however my disappointment was because when I was offered a new appointment I was not able to be accommodated until this June!!! ??? I have taken the appointment offered but to say I am not impressed is an understatement!
