Both my initial assessment and procedure went very efficiently. The dentist was brilliant - communicative, pleasant and had a reassuring manner (much needed when having a tricky molar out, especially as the anaesthetic took 6 injections to take effect!) His assistant and the receptionists were also very good. Thank.you all for your excellent service.

Had to have a tooth extraction. Was feeling very nervous and apprehensive. Staff friendly, dentist was friendly, polite, took his time to explain and consult me in my treatment. On day of extraction again dentist was so kind, explained everything and completed the extraction in record time and with minimal discomfort. Informative Pre and post advice. Would highly recommend. I did not have to wait long for an appointment. I was treated with courtesy and kindness. Everything that was involved was explained before hand, and the whole procedure was quick and efficient.

I was referred to this dentist for a tooth extraction, as they have expertise in this field. My local dentist had stated mine could be a difficult one because of root length and other factors. I was initially seen on a Sunday morning, and the process was explained thoroughly, and my x Ray was shown to me, along with a diagram of exactly what the problem with the tooth was. Two weeks later, I had the tooth out, on a Saturday. The procedure was quick and painless, and the dentist had a very reassuring manner, which put me at ease and reduced my nerves considerably.

I was referred to this dentist for the extraction of an upper back tooth. The consultation was clear giving me a full understanding of the procedure ahead. On the day of the surgery, I was put at ease, received very efficient pain relief injections and given good time for them to take effect. The dentist and nurses were active, reassuring and supportive through the process. After the successful removal of the tooth, they allowed me some time to recover during which I was engaged in conversation to check my condition, before being briefed about aftercare. An excellent outcome.

I was referered to this practise from my usual dentist practice that was not prepared to remove my tooth due to possibility of complications . I had a consultation with a dentist at this practice who reassured me and explained it would require surgery , but reasonably straight forward. Appointment for extraction was prompt and the dentist was very professional , confident and removed the tooth with out fuss. Wish this was my regular dentist!
