Welcoming and friendly. Helpful advice. I would like to add that my adult son Edward had a large filling fall out. He can’t use the phone but the receptionist was very helpful and caring when I phoned. Also the dentist treated him with care and attention. Thank you so much. ( mum)

When you attend your appointment, you’re never kept waiting, and the staff are always welcoming & friendly. Very thorough & professional too, and caring. And the building is beautifully heated too, so very comfortable whilst you are there.

Friendliness of all staff from receptionist to the dental technicians. All amazing and I'm a very nervous patient. Staff very understanding and cared about my needs.

When I’m actually with the hygenist or dentist the service is always good. However it’s always a little bit chaotic getting into the room. The front door doesn’t seem to be physically unlocked until 9am… so already starting off in a bad footing. Today I went into the room at 9.12am- despite having a 9am appointment . How can you be running late at the first appointment??! If this was a one off I wouldn’t mind- but this happens every time.

First time with this dentist. I have many medical phobia’s which affect me quite badly but she was absolutely wonderful in trying to calm me down. Brilliant.

Some of your staff speak very quickly. I’m 78 and my hearing is poor and I often have to ask them to repeat what they’ve said especially if they’re wearing a mask.

Was a little disappointed today after being with this practice over 30 years. Was 5 minutes late and was unable to have filling required. I've waited much longer in waiting room for them in past despite always being early

Friendly, professional service. However, there is no excuse to start the first appointment of the day (9am) 10 minutes late., for no obvious reason.

Unfortunately what stood out for me was the increasingly unkempt appearance of the premises. From an untidy front garden, fading paintwork inside and out and the seemingly permanent water stains in one treatment room it all looks unloved and uncared for. I feel for all the staff who are simply bloody marvellous and deserve better in my opinion as a patient of over 25 years at The Smile Centre. It’s not smiling at the moment.
