Review titled Emergency appointment
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 24 April 2024
Just wanted to thank dentist mr o**** today when attending my appointment for an emergency extraction. He put me completely at ease, I hadn’t been to the dentist for 15 years, and also not registered with one. I rang on the off chance not expecting an appointment so quickly but I got an appointment the following day. Mr osman was extremely calming, as I was extremely nervous. The whole process only took 30 minutes or so, and at each step he kept me at ease. It was very appreciated, and thankyou for making my first experience in a while a non-traumatic one. Receptionists were polite and chatty too.

Review titled Rude Receptionist informing of extremely late cancellation
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 02 August 2024
I was telephoned less than an hour before my appointment and told my appointment had to be cancelled due to illness of the Dentist. Initially I was told the next available appointment was in September but when stating that I was unavailable in September the receptionist suddenly found some more appointments in August; 3 in total as the first 2 I could not attend. This made me consider the integrity of what I was told. When I questioned why I was being told today and not informed earlier the receptionist's tone was extremely sarcastic commenting that "she was only notified at midnight that the dentist had Covid and that she could not do anything about it then could she". No genuine apology and what sounded like an attack in why I was even questioning her about the inconvenience. The surgery charge patients for late cancellations but there appears to be no compensation reciprocated the other way.
