All positive. Generally get an appointment within 6 weeks. Although I don't think they set the price; it is an NHS practice, I was shocked to hear it will cost me over £70 just foe one filling.

We have been patients for many years, always seeing the same dentist who is excellent. He works swiftly but carefully: ideal for a dental visit! Mostly it’s easy to get an appointment with him.

I’m always dealt with politely and efficiently by the the Reception staff. Once in the surgery the dentist always explains what he needs to do and then does so. I feel respected as a patient and am treated accordingly. I highly recommend The Smile Team.

Great experience every time with this practice. Nurses, receptionist and dentists are helpful and welcoming to you. They are always ready to answer emails and calls with problems and are always able and forthcoming with advice and help when you really need them.

Very nice, team was wonderful but my child has had to wait 6 months but we realised that the request to the NHS wasn’t sent.

Having not been to a dentist for years through fear I went to the smile team firstly about 20 years ago and have never looked back since. Professional service by totally competent and kind dentist. I am no longer scared to go as they really are amazing. Great communication, explaining everything as they go along and excellent dentistry skills. Thankyou for giving me my smile back it totally changed my life for the better.
