I had a check up & had new denture made I’m nervous of dentists but they made me feel relaxed also all the staff are very nice & welcoming

The treatment I received was good and the process was explained well by the dentist. I am very satisfied with the service and support I have received over several years. I feel supported and that treatment is explained well

Everyone is so kind and helpful. I am a very nervous patient but have complete trust in them all. My young grandaughter has just visited and feels the same

I was wanting some work done to my teeth according to a treatment plan provided by my usual dentist who was taken ill. This dentist agreed immediately to do the work and was very pleasant about it. It was a big relief for me that it could still be done.

Excellent. I recently visited for a routine check up, scale and polish. I was made to feel welcome when I came into reception. After a short wait, I had the treatment which was gentle and not rushed. The dentist chatted to put me at my ease and he explained what he was doing.

I had a tooth removed.there was only minor discomfort after the injections.there eas excellant guidelines for after care to assist healing of the gums.

I have been hanging on to a tiny tooth for years. The root was broken but it came to the crunch last week when I was going on holiday I knew it had to go as it was so wobbly. My usual dentist happened to be at work first thing, she saw me without an appointment and it was decided to remove the tooth. As always she was kind and caring and the tooth was removed pain free in a flash. I don’t know why I was worried. Excellent service by an excellent dentist. Thank you

Following a lost crown, I called The Smile team and was immediately offered an emergency appointment. My dentist told me what the options were, how they might affect me, what they would cost and what the timescales would be. Two days later, the problem was solved - happy bunny! Everyone at the Smile Team was friendly, supportive and went the extra mile to be helpful. They turned what could have been a very stressful experience into a great experience.

At one o’clock in the morning l noticed the cap on my tooth was wobbly. I sent an email to the practice requesting an appointment, expecting it to take about a week. I received a call 09.30 am, to my surprise they arranged an appointment at 11.00am.
