My hygienist referred me to see their head dentist last April or July 2023 to check my teeth and gums as I have a chronic periodontitis. My hygienist advised me that I need to see a consultant thus after my appointment I went to the head dentist. The head dentist saw me and told me he will make a referral but when I visited the hygienist last 07th of March 2024 no referral was made. The head dentist ignored to make a referral which I felt neglected and there is a 18month (as the head dentist said) waiting time which this referral is pushed back till 2026 which I am not happy. I see that their service is not as efficient anymore. As a paying private patient myself, making prompt referral is essential to patient care. But I saw and felt the opposite. I felt let down.

Checkup includes descaling and cleaning, without having to make a separate hygienist appointment. Brilliant service.

Had issues with teeth and denture that were identified and clarified: prognosis was explained with options simply and clearly with choices adopted and carefully carried out very quickly

I find dental things challenging (strong gag reflex) and the dentist was helpful and kind in my dental exam / x rays

E.j. was a thorough, kind and polite dentist. Went out of the way to help when I had difficulty finding time for an appointment. The reception staff were helpful and friendly as well

I am really happy with the work! Initial examinations were thorough as my teeth are not in the best condition - lots of fillings during my youth. Once the problem was identified everything was explained and I was given an appointment promptly. On the day of the appointment all went smooth and painless - an excellent job. Very happy!

Felt comfortable also was able to address my concerns and was handled with care. The room was spacious and airy, with a good amount of lighting. The staff a lovely and always willing to help.

The senior dentist very precisely took a mould of my old aunt’s lower jaw and provided a perfect fit new denture two weeks later. The denture looks excellent and fits her well
