Very welcoming from the moment you enter the Clinic. Extremely clean with a pleasant waiting area. The treatment I received was fully explained and the dental surgeon advised me what they were doing step by step as I am a very nervous patient. I had a positive, painfree experience. Absolutely superb!

After my local dentist couldn't complete an extraction I was referred here. I was in a lot of pain and the amazing staff on reception fitted me in and we're very considerate throughout. The dentist was also very nice and sorted me out quickly. Its nice to know there are still people who genuinely care about helping patients out quickly. I am very grateful to the staff here, thank you.

I was referred to this surgery for an extraction. I was sent all the necessary information beforehand by email. My only comment is that it might be good to refresh the presentation of the content as it looked like it had been around a long time. On the actual day the place is well signposted, with good car parking. The surgery is up a flight of stairs but I had been informed of this. The receptionist was professional and friendly as was the dental nurse who made sure I was comfortable and understood what was going to happen The dentist explained the procedure and everything went according to plan. I was given follow-up advice and overall I was very happy with the experience.

Had a tooth extraction today which was a total different experience to one I had at my own dentist. I can't say that the one at my own surgery was bad just awkward as I have very large roots. Today was over quickly in a very calming environment. The staff were friendly and caring and helped calm me down as I get very anxious about these procedures. I would definitely ask to be referred here again if I need to have something similar down.

I was due to have a wisdom tooth removed and was terrified. The nurse was calm and reassuring. The Dentist was professional and explained everything clearly. He took the tooth out in less than 5mins and other than feeling pressure there was no pain. Another nurse explained the after care clearly and gave me information to read later and extra guaze if needed. I wouldn't go anywhere else to have a tooth out.

Very welcoming, very calming. Lovely staff. Made me feel very comfortable having my wisdom tooth removed. Easy to find. Car park suffient. Good experience

I felt like I was walking into a spa, not a dentist, with the beautiful smell of essential oils and calming music! Met with the friendliest receptionists, followed by a calm happy and amazing dental nurse with great conversation. The Dentist was fantastic, made me feel calm and comfortable in the treatment I was having. Such a quick, efficient and mindful experience!! Thank you!!!

Being the most nervous of all patients when it comes to visiting the dentist, I was put at ease the moment I walked through their doors, from the receptionists at front of house, to the nurses assisting and to the dentists who dealt with my procedure. The kindness, compassion and professionalism literally sets how your appointment will be, which is nothing less than an excellent experience. The information that is given to you is clear and concise, making each step of your care catered to your needs. Even while waiting to be called for your appointment to commence… the ambient music calms you from just the journey you’ve taken to get there. Watton Place Clinic is highly recommended for you to go and have your treatment there and for you to be seen right through your journey as a patient. Top class.
