I have no idea what I paid for as the invoice is not clearly stating what my money went towards. The amount for the treatments on the bill are less than what I paid for. I asked for an explanation of the charges for my visit after noticing the difference between what I paid and what the treatments cost, but have had no response from the practice after several emails and calls. At this point it is becoming clear that the practice charged me more than the outlined costs on the bill and I am being ignored.

First time visiting the practice today, greeted by friendly and helpful receptionist. Dental team were great, friendly and kind. Would recommend this practice

Me and my daughter had an appointment with the aneesa she was very calming and friendly and made myself and my daughter feel at ease, I was scared and both lady’s really calmed me down and made me feel comfortable, really happy with the treatment and will be returning 100%!

The dentistry itself is very good. Unfortunately that is where the praise ends. Ridiculously long wait times (last three appointments) even when early in the morning. Over charging my elderly Mother for hygienist appointments, by insisting she needed a double appointment then saying she had to come back and charged again. The double appointment lasted 35 minutes she was charged for an hour. Absolutely disgusted they would treat an 86 year old and keep her waiting over an hour with no explanation at all. So she has paid over £200 for an hour in total with a hygienist. I queried this and never had a response. They don’t pick up the phone. Messages are never returned. We are not going back to this practice.
