  1. Review titled Amazing experience

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Neil Dyer - Posted on 12 May 2023

Dentists are daunting we all know that. I'm always apprehensive about going I don't think anyone can say I like having dental work done. That being said my visit to the white house dental practice was nothing short of equalling visiting a friend. My first visit and they were all lovely from walking in to walking out . They explained everything was very Informative and gave clear explanations on what was available . My fear of dentists has now abated thanks to this place . They booked my next appointments well in advance around my complex work schedule and answered every query I had. I cannot rate them enough.

  2. Review titled Fantastic practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 13 April 2023

We have been patients at this practice for around 15 (ish) years and are so impressed with the standard of service. The staff - reception, dental assistants, hygienists and dentists - are all, without exception, friendly, good humoured, efficient, thorough and kind. Whether you are private or NHS you are treated with respect and your concerns are always dealt with sensitively. All dental work is explained thoroughly and is undertaken quickly and with care. The culture of this practice is exceptional - the staff have created a warm, customer friendly and welcoming environment. As someone with a fear of dentists I never dread my appointments and I always leave having had a positive experience with whoever has been treating me. Thank you Whitehouse!

I am sorry you were unhappy when recently attending the practice, it is not our intention to make anyone feel uncomfortable. I can assure you the reception staff at our practice is well trained and do try to help you. I am sorry that you felt otherwise. Unfortunately we are unable to book new patient appointments at the front desk, and ask everyone to contact the practice via telephone on Wednesdays between 2pm and 3pm. We appreciate the line is extremely busy as NHS dentistry is in high demand and we have limited appointments available, we also recognise the frustration felt if you are not successful in securing one of these appointments. We are managing our diaries to try and accommodate as many new patients as possible and help reduce NHS waiting times. You are welcome to continue to contact the practice via telephone any Wednesday between 2pm and 3pm.
