Consistently terrible service. I get that it’s an NHS dentist, but basic human decency doesn’t cost a penny. The whole place feels cold and uncaring—and as for the dentist, he’s the worst of the lot. He speaks to patients and his own staff like they’re beneath him. At one point, he even injected my finger with the anaesthetic. That level of carelessness is beyond unacceptable. NHS complaints didn't follow up on my complaint either. How could he get away with that? He’s not just rude—he’s unprofessional, joyless, and completely lacking in empathy. If I never have to see him again, it’ll be too soon. I know NHS dentists are hard to come by, but please—do yourself a favour and avoid this place entirely. Even if it were the last dentist on earth, I wouldn’t go back.
