   They gave me the wrong time on the phone - i have a fear of dentists so took a lot of courage to register with one. Turned up, told I’d missed the appointment. Fast forward to May - in pain. Not allowed to book cus I missed an appointment. Hardly fair - when they failed to give me the correct time.
