   Every time my daughter or I have an appointment with them, it is cancelled at the last minute—an incredible lack of respect. I'm not talking about one, two or three times, but six times this happens. Simply ridiculous.

   I was listened to and all was well explained . The reception staff were friendly and obliging. I am very lucky to have an NHS dentist as I know that there are very few taking patients. Private dentistry is extortionate.
