Although the practice phoned me 5 mins before my appointment time to cancel and rebook, I was able to still come in and wait. I was informed the dentist was running late but that I shouldn't have to wait more than 10 mins. It was suitable to do this rather than re arrange an appointment as I work mixed shifts and it's difficult to schedule. I was seen less than 10 mins after my appointment time.

My dentist knows how scared I am so he tries to be gentle. The girls at the reception are quite pleasant too

Great job of removing the remaining bits of tooth missed by the other dentist .plus adding a tooth to my dentures.very happy with work done.

Staff at reception were excellent but the dentist barely spoke to me and his overall checking of my teeth wasn’t good. He did not do a thorough check. I was out in 5 mins and paid £25.50 !

Very organised. My appoinment was on time. I knew before the appoinment the length of time I got. I an aware of plan for the future and the cost. The dentist was very approachable. Even though I hate dentist visits I felt at ease. Lovely smily person. The receptionist was very professional cheerful and helpful

I dread the dentist as ive had very bad experience with a different practice. I find this dentist to be caring and considerate to my needs and has been very patient with my nervousness.

Receptionist very welcoming. My dentist was very professional Explained every thing to me . Iv been coming to this practice for years and never had a problem with my care .
