I visited Tovey Little dental practice today for a check up and clean. My dentist is fantastic and her assistant is great. The two ladies who clean my teeth are lovely and very good at their job. A pleasure to visit and looking forward to seeing them all again but hopefully not for nine months . Thank you

I visited Tovey Little through the 111 line. It states there is parking but does not mention that the car park is a Wakefield council Pay and Display car park. Due to confusion of my appointment time I was just under 10 minutes late. The receptionist pointed this out and said she would go and see if the dentist was still available. I was collected before I had chance to finish my medical needs questionnaire and was told to just finish it after my appointment. When entering the room the dentist pointed out that I was late and I explained that I was under 10 minutes late and this was due to confusion. He then accused me of been later than I was and was lecturing me about how he has others to see, yet there was 1 other person in the waiting area. He then proceeded with my appointment and raised me been late and how he had others to see 3 to 4 more times. He was extremely rude. I am a person who struggles with anxiety and been repeatedly lectured over a simple mistake made me shut down and feel very uncomfortable. For anyone who gets anxious when going to a dentist or in general I would not recommend this practice as they’re rude and have no respect for customers.

I have used this practice for many years. The service, treatments and staff are always first class. I wouldn't go anywhere else

I am a new patient to this practice and they were very friendly and thorough in their review. They gave me lots of tips to take away and explained further treatment thoroughly.
