Every member of staff that we had dealings with were friendly, knowable and helpful. This made our experience very pleasant.

very professional, very patient and i always felt that the dentist was doing things thoroughly. kept me informed of what was needed before, and what was being done during the procedure.

I had an appointment for a check up. I was in the treatment room for a maximum of four minutes, most of which was taken up with the dentist trying to find my medical information on the computer. One minute of oral examination and that was it. £26.50 to pay . Many years of visiting the NHS dentist and the standard of treatment is now rock bottom .

Reception staff polite and approachable. Didn't have to wait long as dentist was running on time. The examination good. The dentist was gentle and polite. No further treatment needed and booked in for 6 months time no problem

I'm so grateful to still be with this lovely NHS practice. Friendly faces and a high level of dentistry expertise, with sensible advice always given. This visit was a check-up, and I was pleasantly surprised not to need any follow-up treatment.

Receptionist very friendly and helpful. The dentist was gentle and skillful,explains any options,she is so calm and friendly. The treatment was quick and easy. Her nurse(sorry forgot her name) work as a perfect team, a very pleasant and helpful lady. A great experience thank you all.

Just had a thorough check up, also X-rays and review prior to an appointment to see an Oral Surgeon for other treatment. My dentist ( and her dental nurse assistant) have so much patience, (as I’ve become a nervous dental patient!) they actually listen and have a lot of understanding to my nerves and concerns. I am a disabled in a wheelchair at present patient, however I know I am in safe hands at Smile dental practice. Her advice from prior appointment has helped improve my gum health as well ! So very pleased and grateful.
