I was a very nervous patient having a tooth removed. The dentist was very patient with me. He waited until the injections were working before proceeding to take out my tooth

Dentist seems caring. Receptionists all friendly and managed to get an emergency appointment within 2 hours

My Teenage Son, attended an appointment with one of the Hygienist's, we found her to be ignorant, rude, obnoxious, pompous and she gave very little or no explanation as to what she was doing, or why she was doing it? When asked a question, my Son tried to answer, but was talked over, as if the hygienist was finding him being there an inconvenience! Her behaviour was odd, to say the least, totally unprofessional when adjusting a disconnected pipe, as she removed her gloves, leaving the used pair on the work surface, then adjusting the pipe, Not washing her hands, but putting on another pair of gloves, the chances of contamination were then heightened, when I questioned this, I was snorted at!! I made my complaints to the Receptionist, and from what I could surmise, I'm not the first to comment or bring up the fact that this hygienist is not an appropriate individual to be dealing with Children or Young Adults issues, regarding their teeth.... To be blunt, I believe the Surgery should remove her, and transfer her appointment's to someone who's caring, understanding and professional....

I phoned up a 9am with toothache. I was given an appointment at 12pm the same day. I was seen very promptly. The dentist was excellent, gave really good advice and ensured my procedure was pain free. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Provided with an appointment 2hrs after I called following a crown coming off, very grateful as I was going away 2 days later. Dental nurse cheerful, dentist, not one I’d seen before managed to secure my crown very quickly, advised it may need a new crown in future. Dentist efficient but maybe rushed as no hello or goodbye

I phoned in the morning for an emergency appointment and was fitted in during the afternoon. Went straight in. Was dealt with quickly and efficiently by a lovely young dentist and his assistant. Given antibiotics for 7 days. Excellent service. Thank you very much.

After having regular six monthly checkups for my dentistry for years and years, I’ve not needed any work doing however, on this last visit, it seems that one of my feelings had a chip in it which meant it needed to be replaced. I was offered the opportunity to take a cancellation on the day of my checkup. I agreed to take it and their filling was replaced, I also had a polish, it was all done and dusted with very little discomfort. Top quality work.
