Managed to get an emergency appointment following toothache. X-rays taken on 1st visit and Dentist unable to identify which tooth is causing the pain. 2nd. Is it the following day and after further investigation the dentist identified the pain causing tooth. Then told that an appointment will be made in the coming months to have the tooth extracted. So I am still in pain and discomfort and now have to wait an unspecified time frame for an appointment. Best I stock up on lots of pain killers and paracetamol.

My Dentist is brilliant. Very understanding of my phobia of dentists and treats me with respect and fully explains everything and why.

The staff are all very helpful and friendly but an extra shout for my dentist. She was very caring and thorough. She followed through with my referral within hours

Dentist was good with children. Appointment was on time. Dentist took time to explain what she was doing and why. My only negative as you don't often see the same dentist twice as they change regularly.

My dentist filled me with confidence to have my treatment. She checked I was ok all the time and explained each step as she did it. I just hope she doesn’t leave for pastures new anytime soon. Thank you so much for your patience with me 😊

I cracked a tooth which caused some discomfort but I was more concerned that I might loose the tooth if I didn’t get treatment quickly. The surgery were very responsive and I was offered a next day appointment ( as has happened before ). The dentist listened to my understanding of the damage checked and confirmed that we should proceed to fit a crown. A second appointment was made just 3 days later to prepare for a crown to be made. It’s has been a very prompt process and their usual professional helpful approach.

Pleasant and helpful receptionists. Lovely dentist, not seen her before. She was very thorough and explained everything in a clear and precise way. Very friendly and made me feel at ease
