Extremely thorough and knowledgeable advice. Staff were polite and cheerful. Felt at ease with the treatment being carried out.

I’ve been going to smile since I was a child and it was tralfalger. When I went in last I was rushed into the seat and the check of my teeth was less than a minute long. I felt very rushed. They used to put a pink gel on your teeth to protect them and clean them and now they don’t. I wasn’t very happy the last time I went.

Visited today and received friendly and happy service, they were very punctual with the appointment. Another appointment needed and arranged for 24hrs time.

My daughter had to have a filling and the dentist she saw was patient showing her what each tool was and what it did, he was honest with her and checked she was ok throughout the procedure. She is very nervous of dentists but seemed happy, it was made stress free for her and she liked the calm manner of the dentist.

I got an appointment for my do very quickly for both the hygienist and dentist. The staff were very friendly on arrival and my son was treated very well.

Very nervous, haven’t been to dentist for a few years, very friendly putting me at ease . Have had a problem finding a NHS dentist, Dentist talked me through possible actions to take
