Following my last visit I would like to say how professional my hygienist was. She made feel very at ease and took time to explain everything she was doing and how I can improve my dental hygiene. 10 out of 10.

Been going to smile several years now, although at first I seemed to have a different dentist on each visit, I have now seen the same one for quite a while and she is very good, professional, courteous and knowledgeable, she explains the procedure, the cost and makes you very relaxed. Highly recommended.

I had an examination this morning at Trafalgar dentist and was in and out before the actual time for my appointment. This efficient but I would really prefer that my dentist spend a little more time with me for the price I paid.

Saw the female dentist at the practice in Holbury, just a check up, but she was very clear when talking and explaining things. Gentle when examining

Over the past few years I’ve had regular check ups and procedures done, not all experiences have been good, the complete opposite. From in and out for a check up in under 5 minutes, too a dentist being extremely rude to her assistant in front of me. In one case the dentist didn’t have any safety glasses to use when doing a filling and had a disagreement with another dentist telling them she wanted her set back as there were no others in the practice. On this occasion the dentist and their assistant worked really well together and the dentist listen to me and worked very professionally.

Up to date reminder sent, easy to complete prior to arrival, Was seen on time, dentist and technician both very friendly, gentle, and very informative. I was made to feel very relaxed and at ease, I would not hesitate to recommend if asked.

My crown came out and I called mid afternoon when it had happened to see if they could give me an appointment. It was just before the Easter weekend. They didn't have an appointment but said they would let me know if there was a cancellation. They called me back not long later that afternoon and managed to fit me in. The dentist was excellent and managed to fill in my tooth as could not re fix the crown. Really grateful for them fitting me in last minute and the great service and care I received

Reception team were very welcoming. Dentist team were comprehensive with check up and advice, would highly recommend.

from the moment we walked in the receptionists were so very friendly with beautiful smiles. the dentist and assistant were friendly and caring. after treatment it was like saying goodbye to friends
