My 3 year old visited them and they were absolutely amazing with him . They were calm, attentive and friendly

Who likes going to a dentist? I don’t! However, a visit to Smile is very good in many ways from making an appointment, getting polite reminders to the actual visit. The front desk girls are great and so efficient. The lady dentist I saw today was the best! Yes, it was a pleasure to go there!

I thought my appointment was rushed. Details were quick and precise but without much explanation. As the patient I wanted to know more about the treatment that was being carried out but before I knew it the appointment was ove and I was out the door. I asked questions but was give minimal answers.

I was able to get an emergency appointment the day after my telephone call and received excellent treatment. The dentist was extremely pleasant and performed the treatment very efficiently. He explained clearly what he had to do and I was very happy with the result.

I have been this morning for my 9 month check up. I am usually very scared of dentists, but the chap I see is friendly and puts me at ease. I had a descale which although unpleasant, was done sympathetically. All the staff I saw were friendly and it is great to not only be able to see an NHS dentist, it is even better as they are all so lovely.
