I am very scared of dentists, following childhood experiences in the 40s and 50s. The dentist who attended me was kind and caring and explained the process needed and wrote it down as well, because I am very hard of hearing. Thank you

Since moving (and before), the dental clinic has always been first rate for patient communication and friendliness. My appointment for a check up was done quickly, but with everything explained and with a smile.

The dentist was very friendly, he did the checkup, he said if I need any further treatment that wasn't essential, I could refer myself.

Was brought in ten minutes later than appointment time and they looked at my teeth for a maximum of a minute felt so rushed and no proper checking of teeth or advice

First class Dentist, always polite and very professional, explains everything in detail as to what he is doing. The reception staff are always very helpful, kind and considerate. My only complaint is the new building is so bright inside and the acoustics are dreadful. You can hardly hear yourself think. However it is the service you receive and I would give the practice a five star rating. Thank you.
