My first appointment today and am very impressed. A lovely practise all staff and great and dentist i saw went above and beyond. We really do need more NHS dentists like these

Very fast help, rang at 8am for an appointment at 11 got there at 10:45 and called straight in and was done by 11 great fast service, very reassuring for my nervous son.

A very helpful reception team who go out of their way to fit me in, and a very welcoming dentist and assistant who fully explain the information regarding any issues with my teeth and recommendations. Would certainly recommend to others.

My appointment was scheduled to be 2hrs long but as the x-ray wasn’t working it was cut short and felt a bit rushed. My dentist was very nice and apologised for the circumstances so I wasn’t that bothered however during my treatment I had to have an injection into the upper part of my mouth which caused me excruciating pain. I expressed this was the case and then the dentist decided to apply a numbing gel so that they could continue, my issue with this was that maybe I should off been offered this gel prior to the first injection as it would of saved me that level off pain. After my treatment I had to rebook myself in for the next week to have the rest of the treatment completed and the receptionist has a few issues (they were new ) so I again wasn’t that bothered by it however it was the sense of it being my fault that I had to have another appointment. I would like to add that this wasn’t my fault but the fault of the surgeries equipment failure. After I was given another mutually beneficial appointment for over a weeks time I was asked about my payment (I had to explain that I had prepaid for the treatment last month when I booked the initial appointment

Waiting time was minimal, Saw my dentist she explained everything about my treatment. Making a further appointment was easy.

Great service all around today- reception feiendly and helpful; dentist running on time, explained everything well and professional, support staff hardly noticed (so must have done a great job!) - a good visit, with easy parking too. Thanks team.

I was treated with respect and the dentist was very professional and kind. He listened to my symptoms and gave me a thorough report of his findings. I have a referral to QA Hospital and antibiotics, very happy with the service received.
