Reception staff are all really nice, welcoming, friendly and helpful. The dentist and other staff however are not, real lack of communication about what is happening during appointments, felt rushed to leave the appointment. I had a check up and was in and out in 5 minutes. Had another appointment for a filling was not told what would be happening or what was happening during the appointment which was very concerning and heightened my nerves, I honestly feel anxious to attend any further appointments

Arrived 10 mins early for my check up. Was called in almost instantly. Very efficient. The new practice is bright, airy and very clean, plenty of staff on reception. Very professional.

Broken tooth was expecting to wait a few weeks to get it sorted but was taken straight away and was put at ease while treatment was on going, next time I won’t be so worried if I need treatment at this practice.

My daughter saw a male practitioner and he was amazing with her considering she has ADHD and a massive fear of the dentist. Once he was made awear he spoke with her and explained everything. I've never seen her so calm and relaxed in the dental chair. 110% recommend him to anyone struggling with their anxiety.

Attended for preparation of a bridge. Had tooth extraction and a temporary bridge fitted ready for a permanent one. Dentist was very professional and explained everything to me which made me feel more at ease as get very nervous at the dentist. Could not fault the service and treatment I received.
