The treatment I receive from the Dentist and nurse excellent The reception was very un helpful when I booked 6 mths ago my time was 10 am when received reminder it had been moved by fifteen minutes this The second time with no explanation,I am also power of attorney for my mother but they say that had no record of this and refused to give me her appointment time even though I had given them all security details ,emailed manager and to date no response

They made me feel relaxed when I arrived to when I left. The young ladies that Dealt me where light hearted funny but very professional when it came to looking after my teeth.since they have dealt with my teeth I now have no problems in just a brief time.

Since moving locations this dentist has improved. We also had one of the new dentist and he was extremely nice, gentle and caring. Will be glad to go back now, thank you

Contacted by telephone with request to attend practice the same day. Arrived for appointment time as advised. Seen almost immediately, great service.

Booked me in quickly as my filling I had done on thursday had fallen out, rectified and sorted all in one day. Great service from reception and the dentist.

I am a wheelchair user and was made to feel welcome. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The dentist was very professional.

I took my mum who is 92 and has dementia. She is always very well looked after and the hygienist is always very mindful of her condition. She reassured her and stopped if it was needed.

The dentist I was seen by was very good. She apologised for the chair that was used. It could fit two of me in it and it was very uncomfortable to use. Otherwise everything was good.
